Expansion of diesel business within the tankpool24 activities

08.05.2013 - Hamburg: Petronord and Thies Mosner have signed an agreement to integrate the business operations of TM Handel und Tanklogistik GmbH & Co. KG, Rendsburg into Staack Pooltankstellen GmbH & Co. KG, Hamburg with retroactive effect of January 1, 2013. Following this transaction, Thies Mosner will hold a 17.5 percent share in Staack Pooltankstellen. Jens Kernbach and Thies Mosner will take over operational management of the company.

New Joint Leadership at Bomin

18.01.2013 - Hamburg: Mabanaft today announces a reorganization of the management of the Bomin Group. Effective February 1, 2013, Bomin will have a new joint leadership consisting of the current Managing Director Peter Schreiber and Thomas Roller who will be appointed Managing Director as well.

Marquard & Bahls’ subsidiary Bomin and Linde to establish joint venture in liquefied natural gas for the marine market

06.08.2012 - Hamburg/Munich: Marquard & Bahls through its subsidiary Bomin, a leading provider of marine fuels, and technology company The Linde Group today announced that they will establish a joint venture company in order to build an infrastructure for liquefied natural gas (LNG) in the maritime sector in Europe.

Mabanaft announces management restructure to support continued development of their UK business

31.07.2012 - London: Mabanaft has recently announced that Raphael Hüttmann is to take over as Managing Director of Mabanaft Limited in the UK. The move forms part of a management restructure aimed at providing increased support for the continued development of the company’s UK business interests. Raphael Hüttmann, currently a board member of Mabanaft Limited and a former Financial Director of Mabanaft Limited, will be taking over following a period of substantial business growth under the management of Mark Rolph.

Strengthening of the Board of Marquard & Bahls AG

26.06.2012 - Hamburg: In consideration of the fast growth over the last few years, Marquard & Bahls will enlarge its Executive Board to four members. Effective 1st September 2012, the Board will consist of Christian Flach (CEO), Claus-Georg Nette (CFO), Julio Tellechea (Head of Trading) and Carlin Conner (Head of Tank Storage).
