Petronord Acquires Söder Brennstoffe GmbH in Hessisch Lichtenau

KG, takes over the heating oil and diesel trading business of Söder Brennstoffe GmbH, Hessisch Lichtenau with effect from October 1, 2016. The company will be integrated as an additional site in the existing business.

Petronord Acquires Kiessling Companies in Lauterhofen/Northern Bavaria
24.05.2016 - Hamburg: Kiessling Energie GmbH & Co. KG, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Petronord GmbH & Co. KG, a company newly established as part of the acquisition, has taken over the Lauterhofen-based Kiessling companies owned by Alfred and Michael Riediger as part of an asset deal, with effect from May 1, 2016. Kiessling is an established heating oil and lubricant distributor in the Nuremberg/Upper Palatinate region.
