A Good Year for Marquard & Bahls

Revenues totaled 12.6 billion euros (incl. energy taxes). The company, which operates in 40 countries worldwide with more than 8,700 employees, thus continued its successful development.

Petronord Acquires Kiessling Companies in Lauterhofen/Northern Bavaria

24.05.2016 - Hamburg: Kiessling Energie GmbH & Co. KG, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Petronord GmbH & Co. KG, a company newly established as part of the acquisition, has taken over the Lauterhofen-based Kiessling companies owned by Alfred and Michael Riediger as part of an asset deal, with effect from May 1, 2016. Kiessling is an established heating oil and lubricant distributor in the Nuremberg/Upper Palatinate region.
