Welcoming Mandy Halsey to the Mabanaft Ltd Team

We’re excited to welcome Mandy Halsey to Mabanaft Ltd, joining us as People Project Manager – Transformation and Strategy. Based in our London office, Mandy brings with her a wealth of experience in HR leadership and transformation, spanning over two decades.

In her role, Mandy will be managing and delivering key Group HR Transformation and Strategy Projects within the People Team. With a career that includes serving as Chief People Officer in the Technology and Commodities sectors since 2015, and 18 years prior in Financial Services, Mandy is no stranger to complex organisational change. She thrives in environments where positive disruption is welcomed and is passionate about building connections across all levels of a business to support progress.

When asked what strength she brings to the team, Mandy highlights her ability to communicate effectively and create momentum in organisational change by taking people along the journey. “It’s about balancing commercial and strategic objectives with what employees need – keeping it simple but impactful.”

Outside of work, Mandy is a keen runner – she’s currently on a mission to complete a half marathon every month, and she’s already nine months in! Her weekends are typically filled with fun and activity with her family, and if there’s a burger and chips on the menu, even better.

And just in case you were wondering: pineapple on pizza? It’s a yes from Mandy. You can find Mandy’s answers to some more important questions below.

We’re delighted to have Mandy on board and look forward to the positive energy and experience she brings to the team.
