Mabanaft recently appointed Simon Mueller to work on business development, strategy and planning for its aviation business.  The company has ambitious plans to continue to develop this sector and Simon’s considerable operational and commercial experience will help drive continued future growth.

EXPERTISE IN SAF

Simon, who previously worked for an oil company and more recently Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA, has developed a particular expertise in Sustainable Aviation Fuels (SAF). His reputation as an influencer in this field has led to him delivering papers at IATA’s Aviation Fuel Forum and Sustainable Aviation Fuel Symposium, as well as to his former university. Simon also played a key role in Mabanaft supplying Jet fuel and SAF on a continual basis to Gardermoen airport in Oslo, Norway.
